Class DESCRIPTIONS

Yin Yoga-This gentle class connects the body, breath and mind to improve overall health. Yin Yoga is a gentle and slow class, stretching the body and calming the mind.  This class is perfect for beginners. 

Vinyasa Yoga- This class is open to all levels of yogis, to stretch and strengthen the body.  Many options and modifications are provided for each level.  

Power Yoga- An intense, fast-paced flow targeting arm balances, core and flexibility.  Be ready to sweat, burn calories and strengthen, followed by a cool down and guided meditation.

Aromatherapy – Enjoy a guided meditation with incredibly healing and relaxing benefits of essential oils as they work together with Meditation. Combine the two natural healing modalities and get their benefits. This Aromatherapy class helps to let go of daily life stresses, relax the mind and body, and provides you with immense healing and metaphysical benefits.

Crystal Meditation – This guided meditation coupled with healing crystals will take you into deep meditation as you learn about different crystals and their powerful energy qualities and symbolic meanings.

Mantra- A Mantra is a series of phrases or words repeated in mediation and has powerful effects and magnificent benefits. Mantra meditation uses dedicated words to achieve the user’s life goals.   Mantra meditation is a timeless practice, which gives the wandering mind a focal point resulting in stress relief, production of endorphins, heart health, positive outlook to list just a few.

Mindfulness -With this guided meditation you will practice being in the present moment, accepting your thoughts, emotions, sensations and the outer world without judgment.  Mindfulness greatly benefits your mental and physical wellbeing and allows you to develop a stronger connection with your body.

Nidra – The perfect de-stress meditation, commonly called “Yoga Nidra” is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation. Nidra is effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety such as headache, and abdominal pain.  Nidra is useful for people with post-traumatic stress disorder, as it may help them cope with their symptoms.

Visualization -Visualization meditation combines the practice of meditation with the technique of visualization. This meditation allows you to experience the feelings associated with achieving future goals and setting intentions. Practice the art of manifestation with this guided class, as it’s rooted in visual images and other sense experiences to bring your goals into fruiti
