YIN YOGA

VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by a seamless flow of movements coordinated with breath. Poses are linked together through a smooth flow and synchronized with rhythmic breath aiding in strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is open to all levels of yogis, to stretch and strengthen the body. Many options and modifications are provided for each level.

Enjoy a guided meditation with incredibly healing and relaxing benefits of essential oils as they work together with Meditation. Combine the two natural healing modalities and get their benefits. This Aromatherapy class helps to let go of daily life stresses, relax the mind and body, and provides you with immense healing and metaphysical benefits.

NEUROSPICY YOGA & MEDITATION
Neurospciy Yoga and Meditation is designed for children who may encompass conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).This class will relax and regulate children and their caregivers.

MINDFULNESS
With this guided meditation you will practice being in the present moment, accepting your thoughts, emotions, sensations and the outer world without judgment. Mindfulness greatly benefits your mental and physical wellbeing and allows you to develop a stronger connection with your body.

NIDRA
The perfect de-stress meditation, commonly called “Yoga Nidra” is a guided meditation practice that promotes deep relaxation. Nidra is effective in reducing symptoms of anxiety such as headache, and abdominal pain. Nidra is useful for people with post-traumatic stress disorder, as it may help them cope with their symptoms.
