Neurospicy Yoga & Meditation

Neurospicy Yoga & Meditation is an interactive kids and parents class designed to support neurodivergent children in a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. This class is especially created for kids with ADHD, autism, anxiety, sensory processing challenges, or children who may need extra support in group settings.

Through gentle yoga, meditation, movement, breathing exercises, and mindful play, children are encouraged to build body awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and connection. Parents participate alongside their children, creating a supportive shared experience that helps families practice mindfulness together.

Classes take place on Sundays from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. The full session is $450 for 5 classes.

This program is categorized by the Regional Center as social recreation and may be covered through Self Determination. Please contact your social worker to learn more about the procedure.
